About This Role

You already have experience as a UX, a Product designer and a middle graphic designer and show a sense of initiative, a desire to learn, improve and become an expert in these fields.

Requirements

Passion for building digital products that have a meaningful impact on people’s lives

4+ years of experience in Product and Graphic Design

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and unstructured problems

Open, collaborative and proven team player with the ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance or support

English Language knowledge at the C1 level

What the job involves

You will be responsible for initial discovery right through to final execution and delivery. We are looking for a generalist designer who wants to work across the full spectrum of design.

You will develop concepts and visualize them using prototypes which you will refine with users & internal stakeholders. You’ll own the success or failure of design work and initiate design improvements.

You’ll advocate for our users and put them at the heart of everything you design. You know exactly when to use research and data to make informed design decisions for our users.

You will take your wealth of experience and help us advance our design practice and product thinking. We are always learning and improving, and we need talented designers to help shape our product culture.

You’ll build, mentor, and develop a solid product design crew.

You’ll help with creating, improving and maintaining marketing materials (website, landing pages, leaflets, banners, etc.).

You’ll work with Product Managers, Engineers and Marketing specialists to iterate on and refine the existing experience.

One product designer and one graphic designer will be reporting to you
