Responsibilities

• Develop amazing products that delight users and drive growth.
• Analyze competitors and conduct customer development research, holding interviews to gather insights.
• Monitor key metrics and ensure product growth targets are achieved.
• Collaborate closely with IT, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless product development.
• Generate and test new ideas to continuously improve the product.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Familiarity with HADI cycles, roadmap creation, User stories, Jira, Jobs to be Done, Figma, CJM, A/B testing, AAARRR.
• Excellent understanding of Discovery and Delivery in product management.
• Understanding of JTBD and User Research: Ability to apply the concept of Jobs-to-be-Done.
• Experience in Hypothesis Testing: Proven track record of how hypotheses have positively impacted product metrics and financial results.
• Deep Dive into User Experience: Eagerness to thoroughly analyze user experience and organize complex data.
• It’s a plus if you have experience with WEB 3 (DeFi, blockchain, etc.) or in fintech.
• Required: experience in B2B.
