Junior Business Development Manager
Job Description
As a Junior Business Development Manager at Matrix Partners, you will be an integral part of our fast-growing international FinTech team focused on B2B payment solutions. In this role, you will identify and engage small and medium enterprise (SME) clients through digital channels such as Telegram, LinkedIn and other online platforms, working closely with senior BDMs to follow up on inbound leads and contacts. You will conduct introductory calls to present our cutting-edge payment services, prepare tailored commercial proposals and basic integration documentation, and ensure accurate data entry and organization within our CRM system. Collaboration with the technical team will be crucial as you coordinate client integration processes, schedule and facilitate product demos, and organize meetings to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
