As the Head of Community at Duolingo, you will spearhead global Community Management and Engagement initiatives across key hubs including New York, London, and Pittsburgh. You will craft and implement comprehensive community strategies, coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to integrate user feedback, and ensure the community voice drives product enhancements. Leading a team of community managers, you will establish KPIs, analyze engagement metrics, and optimize programs that foster learner loyalty and advocacy. Your key tasks include:
* Designing and executing community engagement campaigns and events both online and offline;
* Building and scaling mentorship and ambassador programs to empower power users;
* Monitoring user sentiment, establishing feedback loops, and presenting actionable insights;
* Overseeing content creation, UGC moderation frameworks, and loyalty initiatives.
Regular reporting to executive leadership on community health, growth opportunities, and risk factors will be essential to align cross-functional goals and demonstrate impact.
