Head of Affiliates
Role Description
As Head of Affiliates, you will lead and oversee the entire client-side operation within our Sales Department focused on forex and crypto verticals. Reporting directly to senior management, you will manage the Team Leader, approve and refine affiliate strategies, pricing models and lead allocation to align with overarching company objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including supply-side, finance and compliance—to ensure optimal client satisfaction, retention and revenue growth. This is a high-impact role designed for a strategic thinker who can translate market trends into actionable plans and drive measurable performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Department Oversight: Supervise the Team Leader and ensure the department delivers on revenue targets and retention goals.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Act as direct manager and mentor for the Team Leader, set clear targets, conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
• Client Relationship Management: Personally handle relationships with top-tier affiliate partners, negotiate high-value deals, resolve escalations and foster strategic partnerships.
• Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase client Lifetime Value (LTV), monitor key KPIs (revenue, retention, satisfaction) and adjust tactics to stay competitive in a dynamic forex/crypto landscape.
• Process Optimization: Oversee CRM systems, streamline reporting accuracy and standardize lead delivery processes. Coordinate workflows between client-side and supply-side to match demand and maximize operational efficiency.
Requirements
• Proven leadership experience managing managers or team leads in a B2B or performance marketing environment.
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing models, performance KPIs and revenue-driven strategy in forex and crypto verticals.
• Exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, internal BI platforms).
