About the Role
You will be leading the launch of a new digital product (SAAS solution) to the market. It is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for the full cycle of go-to-market strategy — from ideation to execution to measuring results. We are looking for dedication and commitment, someone who will be responsible for execution of our marketing strategy, helping drive social media traffic, realizing it in more inbound sales, improving SEO, boosting brand’s awareness, communicating our offerings, evolving our tone of voice, and engaging our users/potential clients via social media and digital marketing efforts. You’ll get to know our products and services inside out, and you will be expected to engage with product and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Work with CEO to define short and long-term marketing strategy (objectives, goals, metrics for in-bound traffic, content, social media, paid ads, PR) with the emphasis on social media, inbound sales, and brand awareness.
- Detailed marketing planning with delivery tasks.
- Metrics tracking and report preparation to showcase digital marketing results.
- Oversee agency work running our paid ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads).
- Manage Content Calendar.
- Research and generate insights in SAAS field.
- Support product and sales teams in their plans across channels including email, blog, demo videos, and website.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience, ideally in a startup.
- Responsible for executing a marketing strategy.
- Excellent English speaking and copywriting skills.
- Experience in SEO-optimized blog writing.
- Extensive knowledge of Google products, Social Media Platforms, CRM systems, and WordPress.
- Ability to prioritize workload and respond under pressure.
- Self-starter, proactive, driven, with high attention to detail.
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
- Strong team player adaptable to startup environment.
- Video creation/editing is a plus.
