The Group Head of Marketing & Communications is a senior, strategic position with overall responsibility for the conception and execution of sales-focused campaigns, collateral, communication, events, digital and research, as well as corporate positioning of the company globally. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of the Group, the Head of Marketing & Communications manages teams in Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana with marketing, communications, digital and design personnel. This role requires hands-on management of multi-geography marketing teams and the ability to conceive and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets across multiple markets.
