Founding Engineer (Python, ML/AI)

Role Overview

As our Founding Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a next-generation Conversational AI platform that revolutionizes patient support in sleep therapy. Working on a mission to unify digital healthcare and AI, you will leverage Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, GCP, Terraform, and cutting-edge LLM stacks to deliver 24/7 automated assistance. You will work directly with clinical and product teams to ensure that our HealthTech solution meets rigorous medical and technical standards while maintaining a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead end-to-end development of AI-driven workflows:
• Design and deploy scalable pipelines integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), RESTful APIs, and automation tools following Python’s best practices.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and minimum viable products tailored to diverse customer requirements.
• Drive prompt engineering initiatives on our Voice AI platform to optimize patient interactions.
• Customize support flows based on clinical protocols and feedback loops, turning manual processes into robust, automated systems.
• Monitor platform performance through LLM evaluations and patient feedback analytics to iteratively improve accuracy and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, clinicians, and top SleepTech engineers to align technical solutions with business objectives.
