As a Founding Engineer (iOS), you will be the cornerstone of our mobile team, responsible for driving the technical vision of a new social media application. You will lead the design, architecture and implementation of flexible, scalable systems that support millions of real-time interactions. In this fast-paced environment, you will:
* Drive product growth by proposing and reviewing technical solutions, setting the standard for code quality and performance on iOS devices;
* Actively contribute to every stage of the product development cycle—from ideation and feature proposals to implementation, testing and production launch;
* Think like a user: use the app daily, gather feedback, prioritize features and fixes that solve real customer pain points;
* Architect and implement modular, maintainable, testable code using Swift, SwiftUI and modern design patterns (MVVM, VIPER);
* Optimize app performance and memory management on real devices, ensuring smooth animations and low launch times;
* Build robust client-server integrations, collaborate with backend engineers on RESTful APIs and real-time data synchronization;
* Research and propose solutions to complex technical challenges, evaluating third-party SDKs, open-source libraries and emerging frameworks;
* Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated tests and code review processes to ensure rapid, safe delivery.
