As a Digital Marketing Manager at Pink Elephant, you will lead the evolution of our customer acquisition engine, driving multi-channel performance to scale breakthrough mental health ventures. Your core mission is to transition acquisition from single-channel pilots to a diversified portfolio—Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, influencer/affiliate networks, and emerging platforms—until we achieve a rock-solid product-channel fit. You will own the full lifecycle of paid funnels, from creative briefing and budget allocation to audience building, geo-testing, and continuous optimization of CAC, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and LTV metrics. Weekly experiment presentations and actionable insights will feed back into sprint backlogs for product and creative squads.

Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and executing data-driven acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels
• Managing the marketing automation and email marketing programme, ensuring seamless nurture flows and high open/click rates
• Launching, optimizing, and scaling paid social and search funnels for statesofmind.com providers network
• Collaborating with product-marketing to develop quiz funnels, referral loops, viral triggers, and landing page CRO experiments
• Implementing a unified analytics dashboard (GA4, BI platforms) to monitor performance in real time
