DevOps Engineer

Role Description

Fluence is the first fully decentralized “Cloudless” computing platform, bringing together spare compute capacity from leading data centers around the globe into a unified, always-on DePIN network. As a DevOps Engineer at Fluence, you will design, maintain, and optimize the core infrastructure running on Kubernetes clusters deployed both in cloud environments and on bare-metal servers. You will be responsible for building and evolving CI/CD pipelines that support rapid deployment cycles, integrating GitOps principles to ensure declarative infrastructure management, and driving observability through Prometheus-based monitoring solutions. You will join a team of engineers in a hands-on environment where you will troubleshoot critical issues, debug customer workloads, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain platform reliability and uptime.
