Description of the Role

As a Senior Python AI Engineer, you will lead development of a next-generation Integration and Automation Platform built on AI-powered agents and large-language models (LLMs). You will drive the full product lifecycle—from high-level architecture and design through deployment and continuous improvement—ensuring end-to-end ownership of key components. Your work will directly impact how global enterprises automate complex business processes across tens to hundreds of applications, delivering seamless, reliable, and scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, design, implement, and maintain robust Python services and microservices for model serving and business logic processing.
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs, middleware layers, and integration connectors that bridge LLMs with existing enterprise systems.
• Write clean, testable, production-ready Python code; enforce best practices via code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and product specialists to translate research prototypes into reliable, high-performance production services.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and fault tolerance of AI-powered components; monitor and tune system behavior under real-world loads.
• Participate in technical roadmap planning, contribute to platform vision, and mentor junior engineers in modern development practices.
