Join TripleTen as a Senior Growth Product Manager, remote from Spain, and take ownership of growth strategy for our award-winning online tech bootcamp programs. In this role, you will leverage data insights, marketing channels, and product enhancements to maximize student acquisition, activation, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, analytics, design, and engineering—to deliver scalable growth experiments.

Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and iterating the overall growth strategy to drive organic and paid user acquisition;
* Designing, prioritizing, and executing A/B testing experiments and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates;
* Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL) to identify growth levers and product improvements;
* Setting, tracking, and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement, activation, retention, and revenue;
* Leading cross-functional sprints and growth launches in an agile environment;
* Collaborating with marketing and content teams to refine messaging, positioning, and funnel flows.
