Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Description of Role
As a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager at Scalable Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by designing and executing comprehensive sales strategies. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential prospects, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating deals that contribute directly to our bottom line. In this hybrid role (remote or office in Tbilisi), you will work closely with marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure alignment of messaging, pipeline progression and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement data-driven sales plans aimed at achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent) to track all interactions and forecast accurately.
• Actively prospect new business opportunities via cold outreach, warm calls, email campaigns and networking events.
• Manage complex sales cycles, prepare proposals, deliver presentations and negotiate contract terms to close deals efficiently.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to adapt sales tactics and uncover untapped segments.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-generation campaigns and with product teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis to senior management.
• Uphold Scalable Solutions’ standards of ethics and compliance in all client interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) for negotiations and presentations to international clients.
• Proven track record (3+ years) in a sales manager or senior business development role, ideally within technology, FinTech or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies, pipeline management and KPI-driven performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Solid analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market signals and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and capable of working independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
