Project Manager (Middle/Senior)
Description of the role
Itexus is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Middle/Senior) to join our global software delivery team. You will lead the planning and execution of end-to-end software development initiatives across FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Education and other high-impact domains. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining project scope, developing comprehensive schedules, allocating resources, tracking budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, guiding cross-functional groups through every phase of the project.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing activities using Agile and traditional methodologies
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives and stakeholder reviews
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams of developers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers and analysts
• Ensure clear communication of status, issues and decisions to C-level executives and external clients
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and best practices to optimize delivery
