Product Analyst

Role Description

As a Product Analyst for a rapidly growing US-based fragrance and home subscription service, you will be entrusted with designing and analyzing A/B tests, defining clear success metrics, and evaluating the business impact of new features. You’ll work closely with product managers, marketing specialists, and engineering teams to ensure that every experiment yields actionable insights and drives subscriber engagement and retention. With a strong focus on data quality and end-to-end measurement, you will forecast critical subscription metrics such as lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and churn, helping to guide strategic decisions as the company expands into the UK and wider Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across web and mobile touchpoints using GrowthBook and other experimentation tools
• Define hypotheses, success criteria, sample sizes, and statistical significance thresholds for each experiment
• Collaborate with data engineers to maintain a reliable analytics infrastructure and optimize data workflows
• Conduct in-depth retention and cohort analyses to uncover long-term behavior trends and growth opportunities
• Forecast and monitor subscription metrics—LTV, conversion funnel ratios, churn rates—and present findings in dashboards and executive reports
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate analytical insights into product roadmaps and feature prioritization
• Perform ad hoc research and market benchmarking to support cross-functional teams in strategic planning

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a subscription-based or SaaS environment
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks (GrowthBook, Optimizely or equivalent)
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in retention analytics, cohort analysis, and forecasting techniques
• Excellent communication skills—you can present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Curiosity about fragrance, home products, e-commerce, and subscription business models
