As a Community Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s presence across Telegram, Instagram, YouTube and Bitcointalk. You will develop and execute platform-specific strategies, create audience-driven content, and ensure authentic engagement that aligns with business goals. This role is ideal for someone who loves social media, understands the nuances of each channel, and wants to help shape a vibrant Web3 community.

• Craft and implement detailed community plans for each platform, leveraging features of Telegram groups and channels, Instagram Stories and posts, YouTube videos and comments, as well as forum threads on Bitcointalk.
• Produce high-quality, tailored content—ranging from announcements and tutorials to live streams and interactive polls—to boost follower growth and interaction metrics.
• Host and moderate online events such as AMAs, webinars, and Q&A sessions to foster trust and loyalty among users.
• Monitor community feedback, respond to inquiries promptly and escalate critical issues to product or marketing teams.
• Analyze KPIs including engagement rates, new member growth, retention, and content performance; prepare regular reports and refine tactics based on insights.
• Build and sustain partnerships with influencers, bloggers and strategic partners in the crypto space to amplify reach and credibility.

Требования

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in community management or social media marketing, ideally within tech or crypto projects.
• Deep familiarity with Telegram, Instagram, YouTube and Bitcointalk audiences, algorithms and best practices.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Chartmetric, TGStat) to track and interpret community metrics.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, combined with creativity and the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (C2 level), both written and verbal.
• Proactive attitude, self-motivation and the capacity to manage several platforms under tight deadlines.
