BI Analyst

Role Description

As a BI Analyst at Nomo Trading, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into strategic insights that drive our international next-gen brokerage forward. You will work with CFD, Forex and iGaming data, focusing on user behavior analysis, trend forecasting and opportunity identification across Latin American, European, Asian and African markets. This is a hands-on role combining technical expertise and business acumen to deliver actionable recommendations.

Your key responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics and user engagement;
* Conduct rigorous A/B Testing, Cohort Analysis and Hypothesis Testing to validate assumptions and optimize product features;
* Perform in-depth analysis of user lifecycle to identify retention drivers and churn risks;
* Forecast market trends and model key business scenarios in CFD, Forex and iGaming segments;
* Collaborate with product managers, marketing and trading teams to align data insights with strategic objectives.
